Compensation: $240k – $250k annually

Key Responsibilities
· Leadership & Team Management: Lead and develop nursing staff through hiring, coaching, and performance management; foster a culture of accountability and professional growth.
· Clinical Operations: Oversee 24/7 unit operations; ensure appropriate staffing, resource allocation, and equipment utilization.
· Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to The Joint Commission (TJC) standards and Nursing Practice Act; lead quality improvement and safety initiatives.
· Strategic Leadership: Manage unit budgets and financial performance; implement policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Patient Care Coordination: Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration; resolve patient/family concerns and ensure continuity of care.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
· Minimum 5 years of experience in patient care delivery.
· Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, clinical healthcare, or related field.
· Minimum 4 years of leadership experience.
· Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
· Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications
· Leadership experience in maternal-child health, Labor & Delivery, or acute care environments.
· Strong experience in staffing, budgeting, and operational management.
· Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a high-acuity clinical setting.
