Client: Southwark Council Job Title: Customer Service Officer Location: 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH, United Kingdom Length: 3-6 months Rate: £17.53 per hour - £22.78 per hour Key Duties: Use housing and repairs systems to provide information and performance data. Maintain accurate records and databases. Manage shared team mailboxes and enquiries. Monitor outstanding repairs cases and work orders. Liaise with residents, contractors and stakeholders.
